LinkedIn Job Filter does not collect any user data. The extension:

Does not track your browsing history
Does not access your LinkedIn profile information
Does not collect or store any personal information

Does not use analytics or tracking tools

Local Storage

The extension stores only your filter preferences (which types of jobs to hide: applied, promoted, or reposted) using Chrome's local storage API. This data:

Remains entirely on your device
Is never transmitted over the network
Is only used to remember your filter settings
Can be cleared by uninstalling the extension

Permissions Explained

storage: Used to save your filter preferences locally
activeTab: Used to detect when you're on a LinkedIn jobs page
linkedin.com access: Required to read job card attributes and apply filters
